Dr. Victoria Alex, MBChB, is a licensed medical officer (general practitioner) with nearly four years of clinical experience and over five years of experience creating high-quality health content. She is passionate about educating patients and equipping them with the knowledge needed to make better decisions about their health and lifestyles.

She obtained her medical degree from the University of the Gambia, School of Medicine and Allied Health Sciences, where she was awarded the best graduating medical student of her year.

Dr. Alex currently works as a general practitioner at Edward Francis Small Teaching Hospital (EFSTH) in The Gambia, a position she has held since 2021. Her clinical interests include public health, maternal and child health, and emergency medicine.
