Erin Palma is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE), and Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist (CDN) with 25 years of experience in nutrition and the food industry. She is also a certified herbalist.
Erin specializes in complex medical needs, diabetes management, eating disorders, GI disorders, and tube feeding. She often intertwines her passions in Culinary Nutrition and Functional Integrative Nutrition. She currently works with adults with developmental disabilities.
She has served on the Genesee Dietetic Association Board, is part of the Diabetes Educators Association, a parent advocate for the Rochester Regional Center for Autism, and a member of the URMC Community Advisory Council and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Erin initially studied Culinary Arts at Johnson and Wales University. She then went on to study nutrition at Syracuse University. She completed her Diabetes Certification to become a Certified Diabetes Educator.
